Nairobi Businessman Jimmy Wanjigi Issues Strong Warning to President Ruto Over Youth Abductions

Prominent Nairobi businessman Jimmy Wanjigi has issued a stern warning to President William Ruto, demanding the immediate release of all youths allegedly abducted during recent protests, particularly those known as 'Gen Zs'.

Speaking during a meeting with the families and friends of the abducted youths, who have been left in distress following the unexplained disappearances during the Gen Z protests, Wanjigi criticized the government's heavy-handed approach.
He accused the administration of targeting young Kenyans who are merely exercising their constitutional right to peaceful assembly.
"President Ruto must take full responsibility for these abductions and release our comrades immediately. This government cannot continue to trample on the rights of its citizens with impunity," Wanjigi declared.
He went further, labeling President Ruto as a "killer of democracy," referring to what he sees as the diminishing space
