The Democratic National Alliance (DNA) Party has come out guns blazing against the Kenya Kwanza administration, labeling President William Ruto’s government a "total failure" and accusing Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua’s camp of fueling tribal division.

Speaking during the official opening of the party’s Nairobi office, DNA Party Leader Geophrey Kanoti criticized the ruling regime for mismanaging the country and ignoring the plight of ordinary Kenyans. Kanoti condemned recent statements from the Gachagua-led faction referencing “cousins,” which he said were a dangerous attempt to divide the nation along ethnic lines.
We want to tell those talking about cousins and tribal favoritism to stop. Kenya belongs to all of us — not just a few communities,” Kanoti stated.

The DNA leader also made a bold appeal to the opposition, urging them to set aside political differences and join forces with DNA in the fight against corruption and misrule.

Accompanying him was DNA Secretary General Barrack Muluka, who launched a scathing attack on the Ruto regime for violently suppressing youth-led protests. “You don’t shoot at young people demanding justice and expect to call yourself a democratic government,” said Muluka. “We are building a new political home — one that’s clean, inclusive, and ready to form the next government with like-minded patriots.”

The party’s leaders vowed to expand their presence nationwide and offer Kenyans a fresh alternative ahead of the next general election.
