RE: Encroachment onto Land Parcel No. 2676 at Rota Kaero Village by Mr. Ruphinus Ogalo

I am writing to bring to your attention a pressing matter regarding the continued encroachment onto my land parcel, No. 2676, located at Rota Kaero Village, by Mr. Ruphinus Ogalo. Despite numerous warnings and notices served to him since 2018, Mr. Ogalo persists in trespassing onto my land, making unreasonable demands, and even resorting to abuse.

Recently, my son, Mr. Bruno Onyango Aero, intervened and advised Mr. Ogalo to cease his activities on the land. Regrettably, Mr. Ogalo declined and continued with his actions, even going so far as to abuse my son. Furthermore, he has been threatening my allies who wish to partner with me on this land, warning them that he will take police action if they attempt to do so.

In light of the above, I respectfully request that your office takes immediate action to halt Mr. Ogalo's encroachment onto my land. As you are aware, this land is part of the larger parcel that was subdivided in 2022, with your assistance, following the passing of my late father, Mr. Alois Aero Ojalla.

I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter, and I look forward to your assistance in resolving this dispute.
