Kcaa and Flight accidents has condole with the AMREF Flying Doctors community is in deep sorrow following a tragic aircraft accident that claimed the lives of four dedicated professionals. The victims, Captain Muthuka Munuve, Captain Brian Kimani Miaro, Dr. Charles Mugo Njoroge, and Nurse Jane Rispah Aluoch Omusula, were part of the AMREF Flying Doctors team that provides critical medical services to remote and inaccessible areas

AMREF Flying Doctors has extended its deepest sympathies to the families of the victims and the residents of Mwihoko, who were affected by the incident.
The organization has also in persistence to providing emotional, psychological, and logistical support to the families and is working closely with government agencies to investigate the cause of the accident. The cockpit voice recorder (CVR) and flight data recorder (FDR) have been recovered, and the investigation is ongoing
